I'm fitting some wardrobes in my daughters house, and a double socket needs to be moved, as the wardrobes will surround it when fitted, and she needs the use of the socket.
There isn't enough play in either cable to relocate without joining additional lengths of cable, and those connections will need to be made beneath where the wardrobes will sit, so a maintenance free solution is required.
I therefore propose to use 2 way Wago 222 connectors to join old and new cables, and house them in a Wago 7355F junction box, each wire connection in individual connectors, with each twin and earth cable joins housed in separate junction boxes.
Does that sound the correct approach please ?
