Pipe Fitting Where Olive Keeps Sliding off Pipe All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

I am trying to refit my outside tap after it being dissconected for having a new kitchen fitted. The pipe is a 15mm copper pipe that goes into kitchen and I am fitting a flexi to it to connect to the cold water. I have put a 15mm olive on pipe but when fitting the flexi the olive keeps sliding off the pipe. Is there a way to solve this? I don't know whether I need to crush the olive or need to do something else

Just tighten it up it will squeeze up on to pipe
