How to remove the glass - unusual UPVC window

Hi.
I'm really hoping that someone can guide me on this.
I have a set of UPVC windows unlike the types seen today.
I'm wanting to remove the glass to install drip vents at the bottom, but can't work out how to remove the glass.
Any ideas?
