Bi-Fold Threshold Around Extension and Channel Gulley

I am carrying out an extension, is it best to install a channel gulley around the extension, as I am having bi-folds both sides and am going to have the patio virtually flush to the doors both sides, also would it be good practice to install a second DPM 150mm above this level.

Extending air Bricks Through Extension to old Property

I was thinking of using two lengths side by side of 40 mm underground electrical conduit to extend my telescopic vents through my concrete floor to my old property, these then could be inserted to the telescopic air brick, I know 110mm drain pipe is common but I thought this would be easier any thou...
