this is obviously a tricky one as no one here is able to advise... it is the last job to do now as all else is done and looking pretty good...even if i do say so myself :)

not strictly a tiling problem, but i am fitting the bathroom and tiling. i am fitting the sink and i have found that a pipe is slightly out of place and the semi pedestal for the sink will not quite fit by about 1/2 inch. i cannot move the pipe without major upset, so, my question for the experts is...

is mdf safe to use at the end of a bath if well sealed with unibond sealer before tiling over using waterproof adesive and wetroom grouting?. :? i have already put the mdf up and would not like to have to rip it out to put hardboard in as recomended on this forum..i have enough to do without that......
tiling going well here but still worrying about the mdf..if no response here i will go with sealing with waterproof pva sealer [unibond] and shall tile over before using waterproof grout afterwards. my thinking is that the hotwater cystern is at the back of it so it should be dry 99 percent of the t...
