I have a Sabre 24 Combi Boiler, the pressure is up around 3.5 bar and the relief valve is constanly dripping. Even with the top up pipe disconnected the pressure goes back up to that pressure after it has been bled. I suspect the heat exchanger, is this fairly easy to replace ? Not very happy as the...
