Using self levelling compound is fairly straightforward but if you are going to park a car in the garage go for one without latex.

Garage floor resurfacing maybe for new build property

Hi there, Looking to do some work in the garage. It's a new build garage with a concrete floor and not smooth (picture attached). I'd like to smoothen it out and wondering if using something like a Resincoat self levelling compound is a good idea? Is it easy to use or am I going to regret not gettin...
