The front door has dropped a bit in the heat and catches on the bottom frame when it closes. I've opened up the hinges but there doesn't appear to be any adjustment.
As stoneboy says, the contract is between your parents and the builder. It is down to him to sort it out. Trying to go directly to the sub-contractors and suppliers might muddy the waters.
