When i drilled there was some red brick dust at about 50mm (i drilled to 70mm) if the screws come out again would something like this do the job i know its probably a bit overkill but i am happy to pay the extra if they would do a better job.

Uneven walls and loose full length banister

Sorry if this is the wrong forum please move if it is. Please bear in mind i am rubbish at D.I.Y so basic explanations of a fix would be greatly appreciated.
