How to change the bulb in this spotlight

Hi, any advice on how to change the bulb in this spotlight. Can’t find details of model online. Picture attached.

Thanks stoneyboy. Removed the brace and all looks fine. Think because we have installed flooring this has helped spread the weight

Removing a brace in the loft to fit carpet?

This brace is attached to the side of a loft beam. It is directly above the centre of the bedroom below so don’t see how it can be doing much.
Does anyone know if I can cut this to put a carpet down??
