As fo rthe roof, as was already suggested you probabaly want to replace it For the internal walls and floor would consider using a tanking slurry. You will have two problems when trying to dot and dab foil backed boards: 1. the vapour barrier wont allow any suction so the adhesive wont grab hold and the board will pop off. 2.
