Radiators become hot at the 'hot water only setting'.

Hi, I’m new here – glad to have found this site. My problem is that even though I changed the setting of the heating system (Potterton Netaheat) to the hot water only, the radiators are still very hot. The same problem happened a year ago and I called an engineer – he fixed it, but at the begi...
