Thank you for replying, much appreciated. Having looked at it closer I think the waste from the shower goes across there. I've taken tiles up in a ground floor bathroom. The floor is concrete (same as the rest of the house), with what looks like bitumen dpc. There seems to be a patch that seems damp and the concrete thin/sandy? I was going to use self leveller before putting down lino (so that the floors feel a bit war...

Hi, thank you. I've only been here 2 1/2 weeks, but it's not worked in that time. The water flow decreases and stops when you turn the tap to the hot side, but hot water doesn't come out at all, even at a trickle.

It may be easier to just replace the tap.

Hi, I've recently moved. The bathroom sink has a high rise monobloc tap. It only has cold water coming out of it, I wondered if there's any obvious reason this might be?
