I'm trying to remove the tap head from this product but cannot work out how to do it. m I can unscrew the collar beneath the tap to expose the cartridge, but unfortunately I can't take off the tap head itself. Any ideas? Other tutorials seem to show the small circular plate at the top of tap popping...
