conservatory/boiler flue

Hi, I'm considering having a conservatory either done for me or even doing some of the work my self(skinflint). My question is that the flu/vent for my boiler is on the outside wall of my kitchen that would be used to erect the conservatry against, meaning the flue would end up inside the new room. ...
