Header tank

After unblocking the cold water pipe from the Header tank the sytstem has now filled up and is woking, but i have noticed that there is a constant flow off hot water coming through the air pipe back in to the Header tank making that water hot in the tank.

Is this normal or is there a prooblem?

Header Tank won't drain, upstairs radiators cold.

I recently drained our system to put new valves on the radiators and clean some sludge out of two of the downstairs radiators. I turned the radiators off upstairs emptied the radiators downstairs did the job, now can not get water into the radiators upstairs, tried bleeding them and no air comes out...
