hi there this problem occurs even if no other lights on in the house and always when you switch them on. Just had bloke in to test light fitting and whatever kind of meter he uses said it was giving a reading when it shouldn't be, he said it should read clear. and this could be damage caused by heat...

Hi After counting I would have been around the 1200watts with around 24 bulbs and yes mcb trips when putting switched on, kitchen lights are on 2 seperate switches and problem happening with both but not always the same bulb that has gone when reset it. Hi sorry forgot to say its aTECHNIKA 19INCH LCD191D-307HD DIGITAL I have just sent in a post explaining how it only seems to be when tv is positioned on one wall of bedroom but not sure if it sent or not but will keep an eye incase it hasnt.

Hi sorry im confusing you I did say I know nothing on eletrics. Take it it is a MCB it is tripping breaker for my lights which is 5A. As I said used to have 2 5A one for upstair lighting and one for downstair lights but had them put on to one as needed space to fit eletric shower Since it is illegal...

Hi just bought digital tv for bedroom but we only have an inside aerial in the loft and not a good area for digital anyway. Have tried a digital aerial on it but can only pick up 45 to 50% signal. Priced getting outside one but bloke said I would need booster and other bits to costing about 250 quid...

Hi there, thanks for your advice really grateful. Should I try tv in another house first and how do I test power supply. Should I return only the power supply or the whole set. Sorry for being a bit thick on these matters.
