Hi stoneyboy, thanks for the heads up. I assume "additional struts that have been added" is related to the vertical struts of wood. I noticed the same struts in another house that I viewed a couple of doors down (same 1930s terraced house style )

Your thoughts on condition of roof in 1950s terraced house

Hi Folks, stuck my head up in the loft space on a house viewing (1930s terrace) and noticed a couple of areas where daylight can be seen through some cracks. Can see it in the loft_2.png left and right corner areas at the front. loft_1.png Picture quality isn't great - but is that the kind of repair...

Tinting bricks when Stormdry or similar has been applied

Hi Folks,
House needs some tinting of bricks, but they have had stormdry or similar silcon product applied before.

I've read that the brick tinting isnt go to work because of this - anybody any experience of a solution to this?
