Hi Eric,

I know this old and hopefully you managed to get your T & T sorted but for anyone reading this with the same problem, there is usually a button on the front face of the lock mech (near the handle) press it and the handle should move all the way again.

Hi barney998877,

I second stoneboy, the only way to avoid V welds is to use a supplier/manufacturer that uses mechanical jointed transoms and mullions. Although there are many companies out there that can make a better job of V welds than this.

Hi user54, If the vent is locked in the night vent position then no, but as stoneyboy says test the lock position, sometimes you can just slightly miss the vent lock. If there is no lock vent feature then yes the wind can blow the window open unless you friction stay hinges are adjusted so they hard...

Hi daver33, What heating source do you have in the room for the sealed units in question? The inner pane of the units warm up if they are in a heated room and then their job is to keep the heat in.
