Thanks, appreciate the reply. Pleased to report that I eventually fixed it. Apart from various other things I’d previously tried resetting it by holding the on/off button for at least 3 seconds, but that didn’t work. So, thinking there must be *some* way to reset I tried combinations of two buttons....
