Concrete Sectional Garage Reseal

Hi all. Hi I have a concrete Sectional garage that is approx 15 years old. The outside sectional joints need resealing as a couple are letting in water. The flexible sealant has gone brittle and can now be easily picked off. Can anyone advise what sealant I should use please.
