Other than the time it takes for the water to get hot, will it actually reduce the flow rate of water to the shower? Even though its being pushed through at the same pressure?

Moving combi boiler in a 3 storey town house

Hi guys, I bought a 3 storey town house with the boiler in the middle floor, a Vaillant Ecotec Plus 832. It currently has 2 showers on floor 3 and 1 on floor 1. I am planning to move the kitchen down to the garage with the boiler and take out the ground floor shower and build one on the middle floor...
