Hello, I'm building a in ground pool, with a deep and a shallow end. The transition between the deep and shallow end with be around 45 degrees. Hollow Blocks Rebar Application for Inground Pool

Hello,

I'm looking to build a inground pool, I'm going to build the retaining walls with hollow blocks and fill with concrete and rebar.

My question is does the rebar have to be connected to the base or just through the blocks?
