We have recently had our garage converted. We have led downlighters put in. All new electrics running off own fuse box. All ceiling lights in house now changed to same led downlighters. Every day, without fail, all the downlighters flicker at 6.48 pm. I'm guessing some surge at grid. Can anyone sugg...
