Hi all, I was due to replace a 28mm door panel today (replace cat flap). I was advised to buy a 28mm reinforced panel with 4mm MDF sandwiched between two layers of polystyrene. Which I did. However, when it turned up the 4mm MDF is on the edge between the white plastic and styrene (see pic). Is this...
