Crumbling Wall behind Radiator in Victorian Property

Hi all,
I’m in the process of redorating my lounge in my Victorian conversion. I took off the radiators and found for one of them, cracks and for the other, cracks as well as the wall crumbling. Pictures of said walls attached. How should I go about rectifying this DIY?
Thanks!

Replacing ceiling recessed E14 light with Pendant light

I am in the process of redecorating and I have this recessed ceiling light with E14 bulb (image of both attached) that I would like to replace with a pendant light. How would I go about doing this?

Thanks!

Re: Wiring a LED kitchen worktop lighting strip

Thanks for this.

The LED Driver description says the below:

Voltage: 220-240V.

Output voltage 24V.

You can connect up to 3 units to the driver, as long as the total wattage does not exceed 10 W.

What does one need to connect the C7 connector to the chock block?

Re: Wiring a LED kitchen worktop lighting strip

Actually, this is the connection cable that would connect the Lighting Strip and LED Driver (which is powered by Figure 8) - would it be possible to connect the Lighting strip to the existing wire coming out of the wall switch without using the LED driver?

Exhaust Vent Pipe leaking and Causing Damp

I have a damp ceiling near a vent pipe. I climbed into my loft and can see that the roof is dry but the vent pipe is leaking at the joins where it curves. Climbing onto the roof, the vent pipe looks like this. The roofer came and said that I will need a pvc cap fitted over that pipe and minor repair...
