Hi, this fan is meant to come on with a background humidity level ranging from 50% to 95%. Do you know whether the arrow on the HY dial has to point towards + or - to make it come on at a lower humidity? Also, what are the 1, 2 and 3 settings? Sadly it's not on an outside wall, but against the inside party wall. According the the neighbour there are no problems on their side, but I haven't seen for myself......
