Hi, So the skirting board beneath a radiator has swelled up and the paint has come off. I can't see any leaks on the radiator, it swelled a little last year and has now got worse. The wall it's on is the side of a detached house (into neighbours driveway). Does this swelling look like a damp issue? ...
