Replacing a Fan Oven Element

I'm about to replace a fan oven element and each of the three cable/flex require a simple 'push' connection. However, the existing oven fly leads are very short and there's a real danger of loosing them behind the the back of the oven, so I would like to extend them. The fly leads are obviously heat...

Using Two Way Dimmer Switches

I'm installing a new light and would like to know if it is possible to control the light using 2 two-way dimmer switches or does one of the switches have to be a regular two-way switch?
