The paint in one of the top corners of my kitchen keeps peeling away (usually after bouts of rain). The wall sits beneath a glass-roofed side return, so I'm wondering if rain is somehow getting through a gap between the glass and the brick-work. I'm not sure if I'll have to pull up all the flashing ...
