Hi

You should check if you are getting a switch live to the boiler first. If you are then it's the boiler at fault and not the valve

Just to add to that last post. If you want a boiler in the loft it would need to have a permanent loft ladder installed. Permanent lighting and floorboards fitted at least from the hatch to the boiler. As for the cost it depends on where you are. If you are in the Coventry area expect to pay about £...

Yep. Tried that.

It will work for a few days then that rad will stop working. The only way to get it going is to turn off some of the rads with the trvs and there will be a gurgling noise from problem rad and all will be fine again

Hi Plastic can not be used after the meter. This needs to be re piped in copper. The route depends on how much you want to pay. You can run the pipe in the screed on the floor or under the floorboards if you have wooden floors, but it does need to be protected if in screed. Get a gas safe registered...
