leyland trade contract matt?

can anyone please tell me if they think leyland contract matt is any good for newly plastered walls and ceilings?
i plan on using it for a mist and finich coat, how much should i dilute it for the mist coat?

advise would be greatfully appreciated.

thats fair play, cheers for your response brownie, will consider waiting 2/3 weeks longer. just one more ?
do i need to lightly sand back the plaster before i start painting so it key's better? if so what grade sand paper should i use?

newly plastered room(rough & skimmed) dehumidify?

hi i'm just having my house internal walls roughed and skimmed, would it pay dividents if i rented a de-dumidifying machine to dry the walls out quicker so i can crack on with painting them?
