No heat getting to radiators

I've just turned on my central heating after not using it for the summer and no heat is getting through to the radiators. The water pressure is just below 2, where it normally is, the radiators are open. The system provides the hot water and that is also working fine.

Any ideas?

The electrics are very old. I bought this place a year ago and have ripped everything out except the electrics, something that should've been my first consideration, in hind sight. Oh well, shall have to look at a loan to have the wiring done. Thanks for the tip about sealant that will help in the s...

I was about to replace my old plastic light switch with a new brushed steel switch but have found that there is no earth wire to connect. I have just a blue wire in L1, a red wire in L2 and a white wire going to, I'm assuming, common. I know that means that I can't use a metal switch (wish I'd check...
