THANKS FOR THAT ALDA. I HAVE HAD THE BUILDING INSPECTOR OUT AND HE SAYS I CAN EITHER ALTER DRAINS [MAJOR JOB] OR REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE EXTENSION WITHOUT HAVING TO RESUBMIT PLANS. AS I WILL ONLY BE LOSING ABOUT 200mm IN WIDTH I THINK THE SECOND OPTION IS WHAT I WILL BE DOING .CHEERS [/b]
