HOT WATER from a combi boiler

Hi all,we have a relatively new combi boiler and at the moment we are only getting hot water from it when the Heating is on.Without the heating its stone cold,with the heating its erratic at best and takes ages to fill a bath or sink with luke warm water.We had this problem before with the old boile...

WHEN THE ROOM REACHES THE TEMP. SET ON THE STAT. Central heating thermostat problems?

Any one help?,new ish combi boiler system all working fine then trouble with the central heating not getting hot.Dont use the timer just switch on at the thermostat(which is new-2yrsold-).Allways got hot water at the taps but the heating wouldnt come on despite the thermostat clicking,repeated turni...
