spurs off a radial

just wondering whether or not i would be able to spur off a radial circuit (feeding my conservatory) to an outside ip65 rated socket directly through the wall? i know you are allowed one spur per socket on a ring circuit but not as sure about the radial. any help would be great. many thanks dan
