I'd like to paint my pebbledashed house , it's cement based render, with spar stones (sharp edges). Please tell me your best/worse experiences? Design Assistance, and RSJ's?

I am renovating a 120 year old church manse ,and have sufficient plans for permission applications . Does anyone lnow where I can online help for Building warrant applications , I do not have the luxury of local engineers , and need technical advice. RSJ and lintel callculations for example?
