thanks again for your update. there is no pipe coming from the boiler but I think somehow it is linked to a plastic pipe with a plastic cap that is situated (literally) on the other side of the house at floor level. I recall them saying when we moved in that if there was too much pressure in the sys...

I was trying to find this condensate discharge pipe but I thought it came out of the boiler and to the outside of the house but there is no pipe on the outside wall! There ...
