It's a fair old job to get the bearings out if they've totally collapsed... likely that water's got in and welded the inner (front) bearing to it's housing. Another method is to remove all the other screws and then *carefully* drill out the head. Look at the diameter of the other screws' thread, and choose a bit which is wider.
