Hi, im in the process of getting quotes for a flat roof balcony i have. I have quotes for the newer epdm rubber system which has a 20 year guarentee and am pleasently supprised. I am also getting quotes for felt which is what is on the roof at the moment. does anyone know which is best or have exper...
