Weathering Collar

Hi people
I am building a conservatory and unfortunately I have to run a plastic soil pipe through the roof.

The roof will be 35mm acrylic sheet.

What is the best and most reliable Weathering Collar that I can use.

where can i find ,if at all,a calculator program to work out the required size of a lintel for an outside wall.Or even someone who wont rip me off.
