you could check what ampage your incoming is, is it a 60 amps and are you overloading the system? what cable size have you to the shower.

hi yes i agree but i would assume method 3 would be more likly unless it was really obvious it was all clipped direct. it is close with the amps page 222 table 4d2a 10500 divided with 230 v gives us 45.6A, bloody close.....i initialy got the figures from this site as it shows on their table 10500kw ...

you would need to put a new switch in by the front door, or conduit the existing wire across the outside wall to the door light, then wire up as it is currently

if the light still works then it is not the flo tha is tripping the circuit, the lighting should not be on a rcd circuit which may have been the problem if it was, but as the light still works then you will need to id the circuit which is tripping ie sockets. or as i have found once or twice someone...

i assume when you said you have a live neutrel this should of been id sleeved as a switch wire, my immediate thought would be to then strap your first light across to the other two , the 3 lights would come on with the pull cord

cable size on a shower

hi all how many people have seen 16 mm cable used on a shower, most people suggest that 10mm is suitable for any shower that is above 8kw, with 6mm for those below . however the regs state differently !!! i have a 10500 to fit the regs state 16mm with a 50mA rcbo....bloody ell diverserty is a strang...
