hi get some ballast ,you want 4 shovel fulls,1 shovel full cement,mix it up then add about quarter of bucket full of water mix it all in and your away

different stone pits have different types of stone .the stone i use is 14mm crushed stone,not natural,whatever size stone you choose it needs to be crushed as it tends to just flatten instead of roll,hope this helps.cliff
