Replacement Transformer/driver for ceiling light

Elderly lady has asked if I could help in finding a replacement transformer/driver for her ceiling light. Currently has this Sunrise one that lights 12 G4 halogen bulbs. Been to 3 electrical suppliers and none could help. Either not bothered or just didn't know. I probably won't find an exact replac...

I have a double wall socket in the hall but I have noticed that the face plate does not screw well to the back plate. i thought the back plate might be damaged or loose but on closer inspection it looks like the live and neutral that feed a spur are very very tight with no slack.
