Laying Parquet Flooring

Hi, just moved house and in the lounge is a parquet floor with some loose pieces and a few gaps around the place. I have the missing pieces ( and a few extra ) but how do you fix these back down as I really want to keep the flooring.

thanks htg - job done ! 20 minutes ( and £50.00) I've got hot water without the heating coming on and also heating without hot water coming on

Hi, my heating comes on when I only want hot water. I have tried to select hot water only on the control but the rads still get hot.
