Thanks for your reply, no sorry I meant the sink in the bathroom. The pressure downstairs in the kitchen hasn't changed, everything downstairs runs off the mains. The whole bathroom gets its water from the cold water tank in the loft. How does one go about getting rid of a build up in the pipes? Is ...

My shower and bath tap have loss their water pressure. Its so bad that its impossible to have a decent shower. The bath spout and shower head are operated by a mixer.
