Having used an Architect for our current project which has turned out to be an expensive disaster I am very wary of architects any way. I believe you can use an architectural technologist to draw up the plans, they are qualified to do so and would definately be a cheaper option. Good luck

Boxing in a central heating boiler.

We have converted our garage into a living space. As we were unable to move the central heating boiler the builder/joiner has built a cupboard around it with an opening door allowing access to the boiler. This has been made in MDF. Two questions ... is this a suitable material to use and if so is MD...
