Spray foam under roof tiles. Is there a easy way to remove?

How on earth do I get the stuff off! This foam is driving me mad!! Please can somebody help. I have the foam covering all of my roof, and now I have water coming into my bedrooms, one at the front and also at the back bedrooms. The edge of the attic is wet so I know its the roof and not the concrete...
