forever white is a good product, however even this will still discolour if the area in question is not COMPLETELY dry before application.

With instant fillers I probably wouldn't bother but you could try either warming the tube or adding a little methylated spirit (this works with good fillers like brummer).

Always be aware of you damp proof level if attaching to your house though and slope away from the house too (I think it is recommended 1:100 gradient).
