clay and bedrock

Have managed to dig down 900mm for most of foundation but and one end have bedrock (limestone) and am down about 400mm . Now told that should not be a need to dig further. Just need to reinforce foundation. How do i do this?

cheers. My only concern is that was under inpression that to comply with regulations ater pipes had to be at least 750mm below ground level until within walled area

Ducts through foundation

What sort of ducts are required to pass waterpipe and soilpipe through trenchfill foundation and how is floorslab membrane crossed without compromising it?
